Our 4th LilyPad - The Kessler Family Reunion - Bend, OR
We arrived in Seattle Airport so excited to see everyone. After getting our giant green bags and a rental car we hit the road to Portland, OR to pick up Auntie Whit from the airport there. Our drive down was beautiful. We got Auntie Whit and headed to find Stumptown Coffee..jpg)
When we got to the coffee shop Kessler insisted she wanted to have her own coffee - so we got choclate milk and they gave us a special mug for Kess. We enjoyed our delicious coffee and headed to the Lebanese restaurant where we stuffed ourselves with amazing food. After that we headed for Bend, OR and Sunriver Resort.
The next morning we headed to find the horses. Ellie road all by herself and Kessler led the way like a pro. They were both very cute about wearing the helmets and bragged about their riding the rest of the week. Ellie rode Blueberry and Kess rode Patches.
After an awesome week of family fun, lava adventures, and a birthday canoe trip for Auntie Nan we headed to Mt. Hood and the Timberline Lodge for hot cocoa and an amazing view of the Cascade Mountains. This was before Ellie's first drink....

Our Family on Mt. Hood
This was our night in Seattle. The girls slept in a very comfy "big bed" together and Ellie thought she was SO big sleeping with Sissy. They did great and we all got a good nights sleep. We got up the next morning and went down to watch them throw the fish at Pike Place Market and we got a Starbucks Coffee from the original location. Then we got our bags and headed for the airport. It was an awesome vacation.
